Our application process is not like those found in other companies. We focus on fit - we want you to be both good at what you do and like doing it. Our jobs and roles define the unique abilities required to be successful – then require you to understand yourself well enough to know if your talents, strengths and passions match those needed in the jobs. Fit matters. Our application process and required tools and forms are summarized below. Please follow this process to be considered by our great company.

1. We only accept talent-based or behavioral-based resumes; conventional skill and experience resumes will not be considered.

  • Instead of a cover letter, we require your response to the question, “Why are you a good fit for this job?” Please provide this response with your Talent-based resume.

2. Take our talent assessment. Be sure you know your core talents and strengths; and you’ll need to know how to describe your talents to determine if you are a fit for our jobs and to be able to complete the talent-based resume. This assessment costs $25 and will give you a summary of your performance preference, your performance personality and four core talents.

  • Your talent-based resume.
  • Your “Why you are a good fit for this job” statement.
